All PreNatal Classes require a PAR MED-X form to be completed by a health care practitioner prior to the first class.
MommyMoves® PreNatal Aquatic Fitness
An energizing low-impact aquatic fitness class designed to work the core muscles while providing a challenging cardio workout. At the end we do a ‘Dangle Time’ and stretch to relieve you of those nagging aches & pains. This class is suitable for all stages of an uncomplicated pregnancy. Medical clearance (PAR MED-X) required prior to attending class.
MommyMoves® PreNatal Balance & Stability
This class combines a low-impact interval based aerobic workout with core stability exercises designed to prevent and ease low back pain and a balanced muscular workout. The goal is to work on maintaining core & joint stability and correcting the balance challenges experienced during pregnancy. This class is suitable for all stages of an uncomplicated pregnancy. Medical clearance (PAR MED-X) required prior to the first class.
