Pregnancy is a special time in a woman’s life.  Everyone’s experience is so different!  One thing is certain, though:  Starting or maintaining a fitness program during a normal pregnancy improves both your health and your baby’s health.  You’re also more likely to return to exercise sooner after your baby’s birth if you maintain exercise during pregnancy.  Overall, this is an excellent time to make positive changes for you and your family!
