Our goal is to provide an environment where moms and moms-to-be of all physical abilities can improve their fitness levels and nutrition while having fun. It is our belief that when you have a community supporting you in working towards your goals you are more likely to be successful. Your new lifestyle and the decisions you make will positively affect your children and they are more likely to be healthy and active. The first step in the fight against childhood obesity begins at home, with you.
We also believe that you should be able to make gains in fitness without undue stress and strain on your body. While our instructors encourage you to work to the best of your abilities, our programs are designed to keep you injury free so you can continue to work towards, achieve and set new goals for yourself. Our programs set us apart from other Pre & PostNatal fitness companies in that they are designed by Leah Esplen, a practicing kinesiologist [MSc(BPK) 2009], CSEP Certified Exercise Physiologist, BCRPA-registered instructor and Canfitpro Pre & PostNatal Fitness Specialist PROTrainer. With over 20 years in the fitness industry and 14 years in the rehab industry, she has the experience and knowledge to adjust programs according to the participantâ€™s needs.
