  ‘Jobs’ – Mom, wife, head instructor/owner of MommyMoves Pre & Post Natal Fitness, head instructor/owner of TerrAqua Rehab & Fitness Education, sessional instructor at Simon Fraser University, international fitness conference presenter (IDEA), fitness workshop/course presenter, program implementation consultant, volunteer (YMCA & Martha Currie Elementary School), swim club coach (Flippers Summer Swim Club), …did I mention ‘mom’?

  Goals – To maintain my status as mom & wife while enjoying life to the fullest. It may seem to some that I do a lot but I believe that if I am enjoying life and fitness then I am a positive role model for my girls. If I can do all that and still be there for the field trips to the pumpkin patch and listening to my girls read bedtime stories and share their day with me then I think we are all the happier for it!

  Goals – To keep on top of and 2 steps ahead of my active family while attempting to check off my bucket l  list to train for my personal goals: to participate in the Tough Mudder and The Ride To Conquer Cancer.
