Personal training is a time-efficient adjunct to your regular training. It is not meant to take the place of your regular training but it improves your quality of exercise so that when you are on your own you will be working with more intensity and better form than if you did not have a trainer.
Small group training is a great way to ‘buddy-train’. It is more cost efficient than personal training and comes with a built-in training partner (or two or three!). You get all of the attention of personal training but when you are training on your own you can call on your buddies to motivate you and remind you of the nuances of exercises your trainer taught you.
MommyMoves Fitness offers two choices of training location. Our studio has all of the ‘fun’ toys to help you work on cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength & endurance, flexibility, and core stability. It is baby-friendly and fully insured. Alternatively, we can travel to your home and provide you with a home-based program while baby naps. In the summer, we can go explore the local parks and trails. Sessions are one hour long, with the exception of the initial 1.5 hour assessment.
